We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for products and services purchased through the LOG Records website.

1. General Refund Principles

2. Specific Product & Service Refund Terms
2.1. Digital Music (Singles, EPs, Albums)

Eligibility: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital music (downloads and streams) are generally final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and access to the content has been provided.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

Technical issues preventing successful download or access (e.g., file corruption) that cannot be resolved by our support team.

Duplicate purchases due to a system error.

2.2. Online Courses and Educational Programs

Eligibility: Refunds for online courses and educational programs may be issued under specific conditions:

A full refund may be issued if the cancellation request is received within 14 days of the purchase date AND the user has accessed less than 10% of the course content (e.g., less than 10% of videos watched, less than 10% of modules completed).

No refunds will be issued for requests made after 14 days from the purchase date or if more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

Non-Refundable: No refunds will be granted for dissatisfaction based on personal preferences if the course content accurately matches the description provided.

Access Termination: Upon refund approval, your access to the course content will be immediately revoked.
2.3. Booking Services (Consultations, Studio Time)

Eligibility:

A full refund will be issued if a booking is cancelled by the client with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time.

A 50% refund may be issued if a booking is cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours' but more than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows.

Cancellation by LOG Records: If LOG Records cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
2.4. Physical Merchandise

Eligibility: Refunds or exchanges for physical merchandise are subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

The refund request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized merchandise, final sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
